Job summary

Generac in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Distribution Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead warehousing operations, oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping and cycle counting, and drive continuous improvement.

This role will begin on 1st shift for 2–3 months before transitioning to the regular 2nd shift. Requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent and 2 years in distribution/leadership; SAP/ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of distribution and leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily warehousing operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure on-time material flow within the facility and coordinate with plant buyers and planners for expedited PO’s or special exceptions.
• Coach and develop staff; set expectations, motivate, and manage performance.
• Develop, implement and monitor standard operating processes to enable distribution efficiency improvements.
