Job summary

Generac Power Systems in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Distribution Supervisor on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with a 1st-shift training period (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) for 2–3 months to transition to the regular schedule. You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.

Lead and develop staff, partner with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, and drive distribution improvements. SAP/ERP and Microsoft Office experience are preferred to optimize warehouse operations and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of distribution and leadership experience.
Experience with SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Formal leadership or team development training.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize daily warehousing operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
Ensure timely material flow within the facility to meet On-Time Delivery with internal partners.
Selects, coaches and develops staff; sets clear expectations and manages performance.
Staff development through education, training, coaching, mentoring and certification in improvement priorities and KPIs.
Develop, implement and monitor standard operating processes and strategies that enable distribution efficiency improvements.
