Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. in Oshkosh, WI seeks a Distribution Supervisor for 2nd shift to manage receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping and loading, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient material flow.

You will lead and coach staff, drive continuous improvement, coordinate with plant buyers and planners, and serve as SAP Super User. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of distribution/leadership experience are required; SAP/ERP experience and MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of distribution and leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or MS Dynamics) and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily warehousing operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of materials.
• Ensure timely material flow within the facility to meet On-Time Delivery to customers and other facilities.
• Coach and develop staff; set expectations and monitor performance with feedback and coaching.
• Develop, implement and monitor standard operating processes to enable distribution efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Purchasing and Production to resolve customer quality and delivery issues.
