Wonder is hiring a Distribution Supervisor to oversee high-volume warehouse activities in Swedesboro, NJ. You will supervise receiving, inventory movement, and order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead a team, coach for productivity and safety, and collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Inventory Control to align operations with service levels. Experience with WMS and forklifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or related leadership role in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated distribution machinery preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking platforms.
• Able to lift, pull, and push 50 pounds; stand for a full shift; and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends and maintain safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, loading, and movement of inventory.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment, on-time departures, and FIFO compliance.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, dock operations, and performance across shifts.
• Coach team members on productivity, safety, attendance, and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and safe equipment operation; conduct safety observations.

About the RoleAs a Distribution Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations within a high-volume manufacturing and distribution environment. This role ensures efficient execution of receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, staging, and outbound shipping activities.The Distribution Supervisor partners closely with Production, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Operations leadership to ensure product flows accurately and efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining strong safety, quality, and operational standards.This role operates within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment where associates work around moving equipment, dock operations, and active logistics workflows.
