Job summary

BioTouch is seeking a Distribution Shipper to accurately prepare, package, and ship specimen collection kits. This full-time role offers two shifts: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with shift premium and a weekly productivity bonus. Overtime may be scheduled as needed.

Key duties include packing items from pick lists, printing labels, inspecting shipments for accuracy, verifying lot numbers and expiration dates, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment following OSHA, FDA, and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of prior relevant experience.
• Prior experience using shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pack, and prepare items based on pick to-do list.
• Scan and generate shipping labels.
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy with standard procedures.
• Verify product quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, etc.
• Ship items according to requirements in a fast and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA, FDA, and GMP company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Our Role: Our Distribution Shipper is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping our specimen collection kits. Consistently performing the tasks assigned in a fast and accurate manner, while maintaining high standards with our quality and customer requirements. This role plays a critical part in what we do every single day, ensuring our products are delivered in a safe and timely manner. These are full time positions, with two shifts available Monday through Friday 7am-3pm OR 3pm-11pm. Dependent on candidate experience, shift premium, etc. pay ranges from $16-18/hr. Weekly productivity bonus also available (please see hiring manager or local HR for further detail to qualify.) Overtime will be scheduled as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

What You Bring:
