Job summary

HDR is seeking a Distribution Section Manager in Washington to lead production operations, staff development, and profitability while supporting marketing and client relations.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, plan and manage projects, and ensure adherence to company policies. A PE license and 10+ years in distribution design or related project management are preferred; travel to Seattle/Bellevue and Spokane may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Electrical preferred.
• PE license required.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• 10+ years in distribution design and project leadership.
• Strong client management and business development skills.
• Experience with utility-scale projects and power delivery clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead production section operations including staff development and quality control.
• Function as Project Manager on projects with management duties.
• Coordinate services with other sections and support marketing planning.
• Engage with industrial and public clients on projects.
