Job summary

Welty Energy & Infrastructure (WE&I) is seeking a Project Manager to join the Distribution (Dx) Project Management team. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and field activities on medium to high‑complexity capital projects for electric utilities.

Although this role is remote, candidates must reside in Eastern PA to support client sites (10–20% travel). You will act as the primary client contact, lead planning meetings, review technical documents, manage schedules and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant experience in electric utility project management.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project management for the Utility sector (power or gas).
• PMP preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain communication across project life cycle.
• Act as the primary client contact for projects.
• Conduct and review technical specifications, drawings, contracts, and construction documents.
• Lead project planning and status meetings to ensure schedules and budgets are on track.
• Provide schedule and budget updates to management and clients.
