You will manage capacity planning, client relationships, and project lifecycle oversight while maintaining engineering quality and regulatory standards across multi-state projects.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in progressive utility distribution design or electric utility construction.
• 5+ years of direct people management and team leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored for internal and external stakeholders.

• Scale an engineering team through capacity and pipeline forecasting aligned with client needs.
