Welty Energy & Infrastructure (WE&I) is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Distribution Project Management team. The role supports planning, design, procurement, and construction of major capital projects across distribution lines.

Headquartered in Akron, OH, WE&I operates nationwide. This remote role requires travel to client sites in Western or Eastern Pennsylvania (10–20%), with opportunities to learn and coordinate with stakeholders throughout project life cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related utility field.
• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Experience in electric distribution preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and organizing engineering, design, procurement, and construction activities.
• Coordinate project communications across stakeholders throughout the life cycle.
• Support scheduling, status meetings, and reporting to ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate construction package reviews, site visits, and pre-award activities.
• Assist in outages planning and permit coordination with applicable parties.
