Job summary

SpartanNash is seeking a Bakery Production-Central Bakery team member in Mishawaka, IN. Responsibilities include distributing products for delivery, assisting with packaging, labeling, and quality checks while adhering to food safety standards.

The role requires basic math and reading skills and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment. Starting wage is $17 per hour with a schedule that includes Mon, Wed–Sat, 8am start; overtime is frequent and production needs may change.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand pass-out sheets and Special Orders; distribute product for delivery.
• Assist with packaging products for delivery to stores.
• Label and package products while checking quality (appearance).
• Follow safe, sanitary food handling policies to prevent contamination.
• Perform other tasks as needed by production needs.
