Hi-Line, Inc. seeks an experienced Distribution Operations Manager to lead our DC team in Farmers Branch, TX. This onsite role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm and focuses on improving KPI performance and operational excellence.

You will manage inbound/outbound processes, develop staffing plans, coach staff, and ensure a safe, compliant work environment while supporting growth initiatives across our nationwide distribution network.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience managing an Operations Department.
• Experience with 20k+ SKUs preferred.
• Distribution experience in prior role(s).
• Leadership of 20+ employees mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Multitasking, prioritizing and delegation daily.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-trained DC Operations Team and manage inbound/outbound activities.
• Improve KPI performance and implement operational improvements.
• Develop staffing plans based on order volume and growth.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment and enforce safety procedures.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and coaching for team.
