Job summary

The Reyes Family of Businesses seeks a Distribution Operations Intern for a 12-week summer program in a fast-paced distribution center. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship from leadership, and exposure to our distribution model.

You’ll rotate across warehouse, transportation, customer service, inventory, and HR; lead a process-improvement project and present findings to executive leadership at program end. US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0–2 years of related work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; the company will not sponsor work visas

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center, including warehouse operations, transportation, customer service, inventory, and human resources
• Function as lead person on specific projects
• Actively participate in internship program training activities, developmental opportunities, and events
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen
• Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks
• Other projects or duties as assigned
