Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Distribution Operations Intern for a 12-week summer program across our distribution centers in the United States. You will shadow leaders, participate in process improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our distribution model.

The role offers mentorship from leadership, hands-on project experience, and opportunities to deliver a final presentation to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires ongoing pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.
• Enrollment in a relevant field of study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center (warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, HR).
• Function as lead person on specific projects.
• Participate in internship program training activities and events.
• Gain understanding of all business areas to develop business acumen.
• Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.
