Job summary

Bob Barker Company is seeking a Distribution Operations Manager to oversee all distribution activities at the Utah facility, leading Team Leads and Associates across shipping, receiving, inventory, and WMS support. The role drives safe, efficient operations to ensure timely, accurate delivery for customers across the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distribution or manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems; NetSuite WMS, Shiphawk, or Easy Metrics is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience partnering with Human Resources to support both on-site and remote employees.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, productivity, and team engagement across all warehouse operations.
• Build and sustain a strong team culture with clear roles and training.
• Partner with supervisors to foster a “One Team” culture and optimize performance.
• Maintain operational consistency by owning Work Instruction Sheets and standardized processes.
• Champion workplace safety by identifying and mitigating risks to prevent injuries.
• Drive customer satisfaction by analyzing quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Leverage WMS/TMS/LMS data to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Manage labor costs by improving productivity and resource utilization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
