ADUSA Distribution is the distribution arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Distribution Operations to keep the distribution center running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Qualifications

• 5+ years in general distribution operations or BS/BA in related field
• High school diploma required
• College degree preferred
• Supervisory experience leading hourly associates preferred
• Certified on powered industrial equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-first culture and maintain a safe work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day department operations and coach associates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory flow in and out of the distribution center.
• Monitor staffing, assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts.
• Share critical shift updates and coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions.
• Lead your team to meet performance and budget goals.
• Enforce safety, productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
