DHL Supply Chain North America is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Distribution to lead a frontline team in Texas facilities and drive warehouse performance. You will implement processes to optimize operations, coach frontline staff, and ensure a safe, productive work environment that supports our reputation as a contract logistics leader.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1+ years in a lead/supervisor capacity, with automation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement; provide regular reports to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
