Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Distribution to lead frontline associates, drive efficient warehouse operations, and uphold a strong safety culture. This role focuses on coaching, compliance, and performance improvements across a large distribution network.

The supervisor will monitor KPIs, report to management, and implement processes to optimize warehouse workflows while contributing to DHL's global leadership in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and guidance, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reporting and analysis to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline associates to drive transparency and teamwork.
