Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our distribution network. You will lead a diverse frontline team, uphold safety standards, and drive KPI-driven improvements across warehouse operations.

You will report to the site leadership and influence daily processes, coaching, and performance. This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop frontline associates and foster inclusion and teamwork.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; report findings and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration across leadership and frontline staff.
