Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1 year operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
• 1 year logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching and guidance as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to uphold health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement; provide regular reports and analysis to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
