DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution to oversee warehouse operations in the United States. The role focuses on leading a frontline team, enforcing safety standards, and driving KPI-driven improvements across the distribution network.

With responsibility for coaching staff and coordinating with leadership, the position emphasizes a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years operations lead/supervisor/management experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Take proactive measures to consistently uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
• Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
