Job summary

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Senior Manager Operations to support the Distribution team in Fort Wayne, IN. This role manages daily operations of the assigned area in the DC, partnering with the DC Head to ensure customer service levels and commitments are achieved.

Primarily day shift with flexibility for evenings and weekends. You will lead staff selection, development, and training while driving efficiency, cost control, and process improvements within a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 5 years experience in a high volume distribution center supervising 25+ employees.
• 5 years experience with a Warehouse Management System.
• 3 years warehouse experience in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• 6 months physical requirements (walking, lifting, bending, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manages staff selection & development, ensuring training on systems and procedures.
• Oversees day-to-day activities for the assigned area of the DC.
• Communicates departmental goals to reach company objectives.
• Ensures customer service levels meet/exceed IBC requirements.
