You will drive safety, service levels, and continuous improvement while developing high-performing teams and aligning with manufacturing schedules and customer commitments.

The role requires 8+ years overall experience with 4+ years in leadership, strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills, and a hands-on approach to improve efficiency and flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience.
• 4 years of leadership experience.
• Experience with GMP safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site distribution and material movements.
• Coach and develop distribution leaders and teams.
• Develop and execute distribution strategies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with cGMP.
• Own distribution performance and KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate material movements across Logan campus.
• Resolve escalations with cross-functional partners.
