Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Distribution Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, optimize labor and inventory, and ensure on-time, in-full customer service. This hands-on role requires a track record in high-volume distribution and strong change management.

You will manage salaried and hourly staff, drive safety and process improvements, partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production, and oversee KPIs, budgeting, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of progressive leadership in distribution/warehouse/logistics.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP and EWM) is preferred; union experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily distribution operations in a high-volume environment to achieve fulfillment and service objectives.
• Optimize labor utilization, storage capacity, picking, and workflows for efficiency.
• Lead process improvements in layout, staffing, inventory management, and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous performance improvement.
• Oversee equipment, maintenance, and safety programs.
