Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5 years server experience.
• 3 years developing quality and cost improvement programs.
• 3 years in food service or distribution center.
• 3 years management experience.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and lead teams.
• Familiarity with AIB, GMP and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily distribution operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety and performance of all distribution programs.
• Form and act in accordance with Starbucks guidelines.
• Communicate team progress and goals to management.
• Develop annual operating plans and budgets; support quarterly forecast updates.
• Coordinate and manage processes to align with business goals.
• Educate clients and team about policy changes within the organization.
• Maintain and improve customer service levels across units.
• Monitor staffing levels and hours to meet annual budget goals; support department objectives.
• Provide coaching and leadership to partners to achieve results.
