Target is hiring an Operations Manager for its Distribution Center in Wisconsin. You will lead safety-focused operations, drive efficiency, and coach teams to meet productivity goals while managing cross-functional workflows across the DC network.

You will influence process improvements, monitor performance against plans and budgets, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to deliver guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to engage and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good reasoning, conflict-management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center.
• Able to read and interpret policies and procedures in the Distribution Center, including crossovers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Distribution Center operations with a safety-first leadership approach.
• Drive productivity, budget alignment and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to teams to improve performance.
