Uline is seeking a Distribution Manager at its Wisconsin operations, leading from the warehouse floor and coaching a large workforce across inbound, outbound and support functions. The role centers on operational excellence, safety, and same-day shipping.

You will guide a team of 500+ employees in a 1.5 million square foot facility in Pleasant Prairie, delivering top-tier service and continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and KPI management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years leading high-volume distribution ops.
• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety.
• Experience with KPIs and WMS.
• Strong problem-solving and communication in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse floor, ensuring accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers overseeing 500+ employees.
• Drive continuous improvement and on-time, same-day shipping.
• Investigate issues and implement data-driven improvements.
