Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise distribution associates and oversee receipt, storage, order filling and loading of inventory within the designated area(s) of the distribution facility.

You will provide leadership, train staff, and coordinate safety programs while ensuring compliance with OSHA requirements and optimizing daily distribution activities. The role emphasizes teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years' experience in a production, logistics, or business-to-business distribution facility with two years of supervisory experience.
• Area of study in business, engineering, or logistics; distribution management preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Self-motivation, team player, ability to manage employees and handle change.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, order filling, or loading of inventory.
