Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise distribution associates and oversee receipt, storage, order filling, and loading of inventory in the assigned distribution area.

You will lead, train, and develop staff; coordinate staffing, monitor productivity, and enforce safety. The role requires strong communication, decision-making, and the ability to work across departments to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years in production, logistics, or B2B distribution with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS preferred.
• Ability to forecast and manage staffing and resources.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, storage, order filling, or loading of inventory.
• Provide leadership and motivation to distribution associates.
• Communicate effectively to foster a collaborative environment.
• Assist management in problem-solving and coordinating projects.
• Recruit, train, and develop department staff.
• Plan short-term staffing and resource allocations.
• Conduct performance reviews and salary discussions.
