Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in general distribution operations or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• College degree is preferred.
• Certified on powered industrial equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safety-first culture and maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise and develop the team; coach and manage performance.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure accurate flow of inventory.
• Monitor staffing, recruit, onboard, and train as needed.
• Communicate shift updates and coordinate with other departments.
• Meet performance and budget goals through productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
