Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor - Distribution to lead a frontline team in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment, ensuring accurate, on-time order fulfillment and safety.

You will coach and develop associates, monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, manage staffing and workloads, and partner with site leadership to maintain quality, compliance and a strong teamwork culture across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of operations lead/supervisor experience, preferred.
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience, preferred.
• Staff management and workload planning experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse frontline team with coaching and inclusion.
