Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Supervisor for our Distribution Center in Kentucky to manage inventory, inbound receipts, and shipping for domestic, global, and military orders. You will supervise forklift operators and drivers, ensure data integrity in the WMS, and develop SOPs to optimize warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes process improvement, safety, and adherence to GMP and regulatory guidelines while fostering a collaborative team environment and high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Flexible to work evening or night shift with rotating weekends.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate data entry in the WMS.
• Supervise forklift operators and truck drivers to meet daily schedules.
• Develop and document SOPs and best practices for shipping operations and optimize warehouse space.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across on-site and off-site warehouses and manage cycle counts.
• Train staff on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF devices.
• Lead a compliant, productive team aligned with union standards and safety.
• Investigate and resolve shipping errors and uphold GMP and regulatory guidelines.
