Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock.
• Receive and process customer orders with accurate product selection.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics teams and ensure proper labeling/docs.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order/delivery issues.
• Record charges and use billing software for lab services, repairs, and vendor fees.
• Collect and analyze distribution data to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Perform quality checks on products before shipment.
