A+E Global Media is seeking a VP, Distribution Operations to lead operational strategy across linear, VOD, OTT, AVOD, FAST and emerging platforms. You will partner with Sales, Product, Tech, Finance and Legal to drive efficiency, automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven decision making while ensuring contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in distribution or related media ops.
• 5+ years budgeting, contracts and governance.
• 2+ years leading a small team.
• 5+ years distributing cable, OTT, AVOD, FAST experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize sales operations for efficiency and scalability.
• Provide data-driven insights and performance analytics.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial processes.
