A+E Global Media is seeking a Manager/Sr Analyst in Revenue Analytics to build insights across its digital portfolio and distribution partnerships. You will leverage large data sets to inform affiliate strategies and content decisions.
You’ll apply Adobe Analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and guide cross‑functional teams toward data‑driven decisions.
With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales). Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT. The Revenue Analytics division of Research within A+E Global Media is responsible for creating new means, methods and metrics that will fuel solutions to drive revenue across the enterprise. As we have diversified the distribution of our content to reach robust audiences and fortify our brand, we are tasked with finding revenue opportunities across a complex ecosystem. Driven by strong creative aptitude and rooted in data and strategy, we provide advertisers and partners with the ROI metrics they seek to maximize their investment with us and prove value in our offering. We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Manager/Sr. Analyst with a strong interest in media, audience insights, and distribution strategy. In this role, you will support analytics and strategic insights across A+E Global Media’s digital portfolio and distribution partnerships. You’ll leverage behavioral analytics, market research, and KPI-driven insights to monitor business performance, support affiliate partner strategies, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive content, product, audience, and distribution decisions.
As the media landscape continues to evolve amid fragmentation and disruption, Research plays a critical role in helping A+E Global Media understand, acquire, retain, and monetize our audiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams and disciplines to help establish a clear, consistent analytics framework that brings complex metrics to life through context and clarity. You’ll gain exposure to the challenges facing modern media companies and develop a deep understanding of how data informs content strategy and distribution decisions. While the work is grounded in analytical rigor, the key attribute that will drive success is curiosity—a desire to explore, question, and make sense of emerging trends.
Annual Pay Range: $112,865 - $132,052. Annual Incentive Target: 12.50% The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
