Job summary

You will mentor a hands-on team, collaborate with planners and freight carriers, and optimize workflows using Oracle, Order Management, Argo, and UPS Worldship, while evaluating AI tools to improve forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university.
• At least 2 years of management experience in distribution, warehouse, or shipping operations.
• Experience with Oracle ERP; UPS Worldship, Argo, and Order Management are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations to meet performance metrics.
• Mentor a high‑performing team and drive engagement with new operational strategies.
• Use financial and inventory data to identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with planners, buyers, vendors, and freight carriers for seamless reception and distribution.
• Leverage Oracle, Order Management, Argo, and UPS Worldship; explore AI for forecasting.
• Manage end‑to‑end logistics processes including backorders, load sheets, invoices, and returns.
