ECHO Incorporated, a leader in outdoor power equipment, seeks a Distribution Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. The role oversees warehouse operations, staffing, and inventory control to ensure efficient order fulfillment and safe, compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in distribution/warehouse leadership, experience with LTL and small parcel shipments, and strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and WMS systems. Evening/weekend overtime may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of distribution/warehouse supervisory experience.
• Experience with LTL freight and small parcel shipments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise warehouse personnel including forklift drivers, material handlers, and pickers/packers.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet fulfillment center demands and maximize efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with receiving to adjust inventory.
