Job summary

Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Distribution Material Handler in Colfax, NC to support our warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, load, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following safety programs.

You will work with forklift equipment and RF scanners, contributing to on-time delivery and inventory integrity. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic ERP/handheld tech familiarity, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is a plus but training will be provided.
• Experience with warehouse hand-held ERP technology is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders to ensure accuracy and proper packaging.
• Load orders on correct trailers with complete paperwork for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and participate in safety trainings.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift and RF unit.
• Support team to ensure successful department operations.
