Job summary

Wausau Supply Company in Stuart, IA is seeking a Distribution Material Handler to support warehouse operations. You will pick and pack orders, load shipments, and maintain safety standards while using material handling equipment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and inventory integrity; training for ERP handheld systems and forklift operation is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or combination of education and experience.
• Forklift certification or prior forklift/warehouse experience a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate and incorporate safety principles.
• Pick and pack to ensure orders are pulled and packaged properly for loading.
• Ensure orders are loaded correctly on the right trailer and paperwork is complete.
• Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and participate in safety trainings.
• Sort and move product interdepartmentally using material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, RF unit).
• Perform duties that promote teamwork and company mission.
• Perform other duties to support department and company operations.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
