Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Englewood, Colorado seeks a Manager of Distribution to lead the distribution, logistics and inventory management for Paragon 28. You will steer a team, optimize processes, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery while ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.

We expect extensive domestic and international distribution experience, strong leadership, ERP proficiency (SAP) and Lean Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement across the distribution network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution operations and inventory management experience
• 4+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience establishing analytics to resolve problems and improve processes
• Experience creating KPIs and using business intelligence tools
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct distribution, logistics and freight management to meet service goals
• Improve processes to drive efficiencies and a consistent workflow
• Maintain budgetary responsibilities for labor, freight, and expenses
• Create processes to minimize freight expenses and maximize on-time delivery
• Implement departmental reporting metrics for performance and inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with financial and internal audit requirements
• Provide leadership and coaching to Distribution Supervisors and staff
• Oversee On-Call staff to meet after-hours needs
