Zimmer Biomet's Paragon 28 in Englewood, Colorado is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to own a high-impact supply network, drive procurement and strategic planning of life-changing medical devices, and mentor junior planners.

You will analyze data, navigate capacity constraints, mitigate risks, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Finance to align global operations with business goals. This on-site role requires up to 25% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably in medical device.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including expert level Excel.
• SAP ECC or S4 experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess supplier capability, capacity, and cost to allocate annual spend to qualified suppliers, optimizing service, quality, and cost.
• Participate in contract negotiations with external contract-manufacturing and other supply partners.
• Evaluate bids and award business to suppliers based on quality, price and lead time.
• Place and manage purchase orders.
• Manage planning parameters to ensure optimal net requirements planning.
• Review net requirements against supply and demand; manage open order exceptions.
• Lead supplier production reviews and quarterly business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements for planning, procurement, and inventory.
• Visit supplier facilities to evaluate manufacturing processes and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Finance.
