Job summary

Uline in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a Warehouse Manager for the overnight shift to lead the 1,000,000-square-foot Wisconsin Distribution Center.

You will direct a dedicated team handling returns, receiving, put-away, transfers and restock while ensuring accuracy, safety and exceptional customer service. This role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift/reach truck familiarity, and WMS exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated warehouse supervisory/management experience.
• Equipment experience (forklift/reach truck) preferred; WMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage nightly warehouse operations including returns, receiving, put-away, transfers, restock, freight and parcels.
• Lead and develop a warehouse team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety and performance in nightly operations.
