This on-site role leads day and night teams, ensures safe, accurate, and timely service, and partners with Sales, IT, and Inventory Control to meet customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, ERP/WMS proficiency, and a proven track record in improving service levels, productivity, and cost

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Five+ years leading warehouse teams and managers.
• Experience coordinating with company fleets, routing, dispatch, and parcel shipping.
• Experience in a unionized environment with HR partnership.
• Strong process improvement and team development track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution across both shifts from receiving to delivery.
• Manage receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, and outbound shipping.
• Oversee routing, dispatch, drivers, and company truck delivery for 15–20 routes.
• Hire, coach, and develop managers and supervisors with cross-training.
• Enforce safe work practices with EHS.
• Use KPIs to manage service, accuracy, productivity, and backlogs.
• Plan staffing and operating expenses against workload and seasonality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, IT, Inventory Control, and Customer Service.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with Inventory Control.
• Support layout changes as Equipment operations transition.
• Work with IT to define requirements and improvements.
