Qualifications

• Solid managerial leadership and ability to drive team accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety best practices.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE) and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed operational KPIs and financial objectives.
• Maintain branch safety and OSHA compliance; foster a zero-incident culture.
• Manage ERP-based shipping plans, inventory controls, and reporting.
• Control operating expenses; manage purchasing and budget adherence.
• Oversee daily warehousing activities including receiving, packing, shipping, and routing.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; conduct performance reviews within budget.
