The role requires leadership experience and coordination of switching operations for reliable service. Candidates should have two years as Line Mechanic A, a valid CDL Class A, and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Two years as Line Mechanic A with progression potential.
• Valid CDL Class A and state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a line crew for safe construction, maintenance and retirement of distribution lines.
• Mentor and develop line mechanics and review performance.
• Coordinate rapid service restoration and line switching for reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and labor agreements.
