Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience managing shipping, receiving, and inventory programs.
• Experience in ERP environments; Lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for Shipping, Receiving, and Board Bank operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate departmental personnel.
• Establish staffing plans and work schedules.
• Lead regular departmental meetings and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee domestic and international shipping and freight management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with Inventory Control.
• Collaborate across functions (Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, Quality, IT).
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.
