Job summary

Dixon Ticonderoga Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This on-site role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence and foster a strong safety culture while developing team members.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership in distribution/warehousing, strong knowledge of inventory controls, lean principles, and experience with SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership in distribution, warehousing, or logistics.
• Experience leading in a unionized environment preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and ERP (SAP) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Foster safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coach team members through performance management.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in performance.
• Coordinate interplant transfers and inventory movement.
