Job summary

Dixon Ticonderoga Company in Wisconsin is seeking a capable supervisor to coordinate daily plant activities across shifts, drive safety, quality, and cost targets, and lead a team of up to 70 employees.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 3 years of supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing, and experience with Lean or process improvement; SAP and Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, required.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in distribution, manufacturing production, and/or manufacturing maintenance.
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Process Improvement work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plant activities across shifts to maximize safety, quality, and performance.
• Manage up to 70 plant employees; participate in hiring, onboarding and performance management.
• Provide leadership and development to direct reports; support continuous improvement.
• Plan and manage daily resource allocation (equipment, people, materials) to meet targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Coach employees and provide timely feedback and training.
• Address grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Ensure on-time, in-full shipments and cost control.
• Support capital projects and cost-saving initiatives.
