Job summary

LVMH Beauty North America is seeking a Senior Manager, Distribution Planning to lead distribution and replenishment strategy across both company-owned retail boutiques and e-commerce satellite warehouses. The role focuses on inventory optimization, service levels, and scalable processes to support rapid growth, partnering with Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics and Planning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in distribution or supply planning, inventory optimization, or related field.
• Luxury or cosmetics experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data manipulation capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, ERP systems and planning solutions preferred.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, lead projects and drive process change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution and replenishment strategies to ensure product availability and service levels across the network.
• Manage replenishment flows between central and satellite warehouses and optimize product supply for company-owned stores.
• Monitor inventory health and lead initiatives to reduce excess stock and mitigate obsolescence.
• Lead distribution and inventory KPI monitoring and translate performance into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Drive transformation projects to simplify, automate and standardize operational activities and support planning tool optimization.
• Manage and develop one Distribution Planner and coordinate cross-functional alignment with Planning, Logistics, DC Operations, Web Operations, Retail and E-Commerce teams.

Summary

This role balances service, inventory and operational efficiency while building scalable processes and tools to support rapid business growth. The position partners closely with Retail, E-Commerce, Logistics and Planning teams to drive inventory optimization and continuous improvement.
