Pacific Seafood is seeking a General Manager-Distribution to oversee all aspects of fresh food distribution, focusing on sales, purchasing, and operations. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, cross-functional collaboration, and community representation while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Strong leadership and a track record in distribution are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 10 Years’ Experience in Related Field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and role-model The Pacific Seafood Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence, Teamwork).
• Develop talent and implement team-building and succession programs.
• Foster a high-satisfaction environment with low turnover.
• Coordinate branch activities with internal departments and external regulators.
• Represent Pacific Seafood in the local community.
• Direct operational efforts for efficient resource use and safety.
• Improve operations using best practices and technology for productivity and quality.
• Develop and manage an operating plan to meet business unit objectives.
• Implement employment policies aligned with Pacific Seafood policies.
• Oversee branch expenses and annual planning for budgets.
• Develop business plans and budgets; establish metrics and forecast data.
• Understand Pacific Seafood strategic plan and collaborate to implement growth strategies.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and drive net income through leadership of others.
• Oversee sales processes and drive business development and market growth.
