Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a General Manager to oversee fresh food distribution operations in Renton. You will lead Sales and Purchasing, coordinate with Warehouse and Transportation, and drive productivity, quality, and safety across the branch.

The role requires a four-year degree, travel up to 25%, and a decade of related experience. You will manage budgets, develop plans, and represent the company in the local community while maintaining Pacific Seafood's Diamond Philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) proficiency.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 10 Years’ Experience in Related Field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the distribution operations team.
• Oversee sales and purchasing focus.
• Manage expenses and budgeting for the branch.
• Implement strategies to meet KPIs and growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments and regulatory bodies.
